The Teacher Incentive Allotment is a statewide program designed to reward, retain, and recruit highly effective teachers. Educators who earn a TIA designation receive a significant, guaranteed annual salary increase, recognizing their excellence in teaching and helping districts continue to attract and retain exceptional talent.
