Coach Dilon Chancellor Named THSCA Regional Assistant Football Coach of the Year

The Texas High School Coaches Association (THSCA) has announced its Regional Assistant Football Coaches of the Year for the 2024 season, and we are proud to share that Coach Dilon Chancellor has been selected as the Class 3A Region 1 honoree!

Coach Chancellor’s dedication, leadership, and passion for student-athlete development have made a lasting impact at Slaton ISD. His commitment to excellence on and off the field is evident in the way he mentors, inspires, and supports our student-athletes. This well-deserved recognition is a testament to the hard work and dedication he brings to our football program.

Slaton ISD is fortunate to have Coach Chancellor, and we are grateful for the positive influence he has on our students. His leadership goes beyond the game, shaping young athletes into disciplined, motivated, and resilient individuals.
