New Course Spotlight

This year SJH is offering a new course, Pathways to Success, where students have the opportunity to explore the different Career and Technical Education Pathways offered at SHS.
Students are currently exploring the Agriculture, Food, and Natural Resources Pathway, and today they learned about beef by studying the anatomy of cattle, beef primal cuts, and even got to taste test different cuts of meat to determine the influence marbling has on tenderness.
