Creativity Comes Alive in Biology at Slaton High School

Mrs. Smith’s Biology classes at Slaton High School brought science to life this week through a hands-on project exploring adaptations and ecosystems. Students were challenged to design and create their own unique “bio creatures” tailored to survive in assigned ecosystems.
The project encouraged students to think critically about how living organisms adapt to their environments, while also giving them the chance to showcase their creativity and imagination. From desert dwellers to aquatic explorers, each bio creature reflected a fun blend of science knowledge and artistic design.
What a fantastic way to introduce life science concepts and spark curiosity about the world around us. Great job, Tigers!
